Fit for one, but spacious enough for two, the Benchmark room has a queen size bed, closet, plush armchair, and writing desk with wooden chair.
Virtual consultation $250.00
Whether you’re a couple or traveling solo, The Sovereign is there for when you want to live it up. It features a plush king bed, two-person dinette set, dresser, closet, and velvety-soft divan.
Virtual Consultation & Staging $500.00
With two full beds that fit up to four people, The Double Standard is anything but. It features a dinette set for working or eating, two closets, and a cozy loveseat.
Partial Scale Project $2,000 fee plus hourly rate
We have three different suites available, each with a bedroom that features a king bed, separate living area with dining set and day bed, extended bathroom with hot tub, and a private terrace.
Full scale project $5,000 fee plus hourly rate

Renovation & New build Service
